This is a big topic. Let’s boil it down to the basics. America is sick and has the most expensive health care industry in the world when you account for lack of wellness care, healthy lifestyles, and the cure of major diseases and issues. Fix those three things and guess what, we live.

Fastest way to all three is following starting list. First, break and ignore all the rules regarding previous laws, customs, and who benefits. BREAK THEM just for the time to read this article.

I know a guy who had throat cancer that may have been caused by rapid temperature change from his insurance salesman in/out of car all day. When he turned off his car A/C (kept a constant temperature), his health dramatically improved. The Aborigines live in 45 degree to 115 degree Fahrenheit weather with little to no clothes. Do they get sick? Hint, hint, hint. No dramatic forced temp changes. What about Eskimos? Get the idea? What about recycled air? Do the trend analysis on a much bigger scale. I haven’t touched caffeine since age 12 and I don’t shake, get 4.5 hours sleep a night, and don’t worry (any correlation, I doubt it). 2. Take the trillions of dollars and GIVE,yes GIVE $100 to every American citizen to go get a FREE medical screen, no questions asked, no identity recorded, so they know their condition. They only get the $100 if they show up. Mark them somehow like with a measles stamp mark tattoo on the bottom of their foot or on top of that cute little butterfly covering their plumbers crack. At least they now are required to know their own condition and the insurance companies are mandated NOT to know their condition until patient goes back in.

3. Drug costs and liability insurance. Simplify it folks. Tort reform and whatever it takes to reduce all most all cover your butt costs. Of every dollar spent, how much is legal related or preventative lawsuit related? Be honest. How big is your butt?

4. Doctor training and costs. I know a daughter who will be 31 years old before she becames an orthodontist. Really?? Age 6 to 31 is 26 years before she makes her first dime and pays back the hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans? If she ONLY works on teeth railroad tracks, do it with 2 years of specialized training and let all the other doctors be specialists in heart conditions, ingrown toenails, and STDs that affect a dental patient that is 12 years old. Get the point or are your teeth stuck together because you are speechless of how simple this really is. Then move to hand doctors. They ONLY study from the wrist outward. It’s the ONLY thing they do. And they start practicing on pigs feet at age 16 and become PHD’s docs by say, age 20.

5. For those with terminal illness, allow them to sign their medical insurance rights away for keep me alive care in exchange for them donating their own risk to try experimental drugs. At some point, everyone knows they are going to die, right? Let them choose to be their own guineu pigs and try statistically accurately recorded theraphy, lifestyle change, and even drugs. Eventually the math wizards will see the trend and follow that road. And put systems in place where research scientists purify vaccines just good enough to be MORE good than Harm and stop trying to ‘Perfect’ their own secret batch. Let groups of researchers share collectively in the universal WE DID IT, because they donate their individual research to others in exchange for knowledge of others. Stop being cry-babies of ‘It’s my idea, It’s my patent, and I am going to be a millionaire as long as I keep what I know secret.’ Give us all a break, cooperate.

Example of managed care: I just signed up for $1,500 year (my cost out of pocket) with my Doc here in Atlanta for preventative care because it encourages me with his advice to be well before I get sick. He specializes in sleep study and wellness and I must be well because I only sleep 4.5 hrs night under his care after he helped my Unipolar condition 6 years ago (another story).

Simple solution of common problem. Giving the wrong medicine or shot to a patient. Simple solution. The patient should know what they are getting since it’s their life on the line. They bring in a list of their medicines to the nurse and the nurse MUST show them the BIG bottle of medicine and/or the VIAL of medicine BEFORE they dispense it. The patient signs the paper saying they agree (legal compliance and record keeping). The patient will YELL like crazy if the medicine is wrong before the damage happens. And lawsuits for wrongful dispensing almost go away. And pardon the expression, but WHY in the beGezsus can’t a patient give themselves their own shot at home as long as someone can monitor them for reaction. Aren't we all tired of the belly-aching (pun intended) being generated collectively with a groan from Washington DC. How about curing the belly ache once and for all by removing all that pork under your belt, Mr/Mrs. Congress. Think your pants will fall down? I hope so, because you (Congress) come up short every time anyway. And speaking of short, how about short circuiting your benefits, give everyone the same as Congress. how about them truffles? Far treatment or not? I get gym and swim privileges for a lifetime just like you. And I get on a roll and can't stop making fun and sense at the same moment, having the time of my life helping people be positive. So fess up you forever-termed non-servants, be brave and force re-entry into a new world of community medicine like my black Doc Friend in Atlanta who works tirelessly providing care for those in need regardless of benefit for himself. He is the type of hero to replicate and support. Fix our USA health and you cure our soles. Is anyone listening? Prove me right ! Your ingrown toenail is on the line, Congress.

And because I always state balanced solutions, there are obviously great Congress servants who are there for the right reasons. Let us all recognize that Congress has inherited laws, traditions, and culture since democracy was formulated. Let us all be thankful for our country and it's history and acknowledge our own strength and wisdom that will transcend all evil. The secret is in the open, benefit others first.
